At Citi, the well-being of our employees and clients is our top priority. With more customers choosing to bank digitally and as circuit breaker measures are progressively lifted, the following will continue to be in place to further minimise the risk of community transmission.
*The Express Cheque Deposits service will not be available at temporarily closed branches.
For vulnerable groups, such as the elderly and pregnant women, we have reserved 9:30am to 10:30am for you to perform your banking needs. Priority will also be given to you at all times.
^For Account opening, we strongly encourage you to apply online. For non-citizens/non-permanent residents opening accounts or are unable to open your account online, please go down to Capital Square Branch where our officers will be able to assist you.
During this period, there will be no face-to-face provision of insurance and investment advisory services to customers. Our team will remain available through online / phone / video-conferencing channels for these services.
To provide greater convenience for our clients, we have also increased the daily ATM withdrawal limits#.
#The withdrawal limit will be based on the client’s segment at point of card issuance.

We strongly encourage you to access Citibank's products and services online or download the Citi Mobile® App to bank at your convenience. All ATMs and Cash Deposit Machines will still be accessible 24/7.
We are monitoring the situation closely, taking guidance from the relevant ministries and government agencies and are ready to respond as appropriate.
For the safety of our clients and staff, we encourage visitors who are feeling unwell or suspect that they may have been exposed to COVID-19, to avoid visiting our locations and to seek medical care promptly.
Thank you for your understanding and supporting our efforts.
