* Citigold Welcome Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. "Promotion" refers to Citigold Welcome Promotion.
2. This Promotion is valid from 10 December 2014 till 31 December 2015. This Promotion is subject to change. The Promotion is not valid with other promotions, including but not limited to the Citigold New Funds Promotion.
3. You will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if:
(i) you are an existing Citibank customer with a banking account; or
(ii) you are an existing Citigold or Citigold Private Client ("CPC") customer; or
(iii) your Citibank, Citigold or CPC account is closed twelve (12) months prior to the date of establishment of your new Citigold relationship.
United States ("U.S.") Citizens, U.S. Residents, U.S.
Green Card holders or clients with a U.S. mailing address are not eligible for this promotion. A person is a "U.S. Resident" if he is present in the U.S. for more than 31 days in the current calendar year and for an average of at least 183 days over the current calendar year and the 2 preceding calendar years.
4. A new Citigold relationship starts with Assets under Management (AUM) of at least S$250,000 in “new funds”.
AUM refers to the combined balances held in a client’s primary accounts including Citibank checking and savings account, time deposits and investments. Funds credited into Cash Management Accounts and time deposits with promotional rates will not count towards the AUM for this Programme. A deposit of new funds means a deposit of funds from outside of Citibank into Citibank account(s). Any transfer of funds between Citibank account(s) would not be considered as new funds.
5. Only primary clients will be eligible to receive no more than one (1) Welcome Reward as set out in paragraph 6.
6. Reward tiers and corresponding condition(s) as follows:

7. Eligible primary clients will receive their choice of their reward within 11 – 13 weeks from the date the new Citigold relationship is established as below:
• S$800 credit: Eligible primary clients must have a Citibank SGD transactional account.
• 58,000 Citi Miles: Eligible primary Clients must have a main Citibank PremierMiles credit card.
• Philips Wellness Bundle: Redemption letter will be sent to eligible primary clients.
NOTE: S$800 credit will the default welcome reward if there is no available stock for Phillips Wellness bundle or if the Primary Eligible client does not have a main Citibank PremierMiles credit card at point of welcome reward fulfillment. In the event that the Eligible primary client does not have a Citibank SGD transactional account or main Citibank PremierMiles credit card, no welcome reward will be accorded.
8. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products/and/or services provided by the third parties. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, amend, vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions for this promotion from time to time without notice.
9. Citibank reserves the right to add, delete or change any of these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any inconsistency between any marketing brochure and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail insofar as it relates to the Promotion.
10. The terms of the Promotion are final and binding on all participants.
11. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.

Subject to a maximum daily outgoing limit of SGD65,000. Depending on the country where the funds are being remitted to, a lower limit may apply.

Should the client's newly established Assets under Management fall below the minimum requirement of S$200,000, a monthly service fee of S$50 will be levied. Should the newly established account be closed within six (6) months from date the account is established, an account closure fee of S$50 will be imposed on the client.

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law.
